I hope everyone is off to a great start to the year 2015. I wanted to make aware to many of my past clients and friends of an opportunity I have became involved in beginning in 2014.
I am now on the Executive Council of The Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame, home of the Jim Thorpe Award.
In addition to the Sports banquets and awards the association presents locally and nationally, the Hall of Fame encourages excellence through youth sports, academics, health and fitness while preserving our State's sports heritage and the legacy and spirit of the great Jim Thorpe.
The Hall of Fame also has a youth drug free initiative along with other advocacy youth programs. It too awards scholarships to high school athletes throughout the state.
If you know me, you know I like sports, but this is a Civic organization that is much more than that. It will be my first Non Profit organization besides church that I have been involved in.
As a REALTOR I know and talk to many people. I wanted to get this letter out to some of those as I continue to grow my real estate business and form relationships through this great organization.
